Tollywood Has Finally Recognized the Negative Effects of OTT

The bulk of filmmakers and celebrities are money-hungry. Producers, directors, and top performers aim to get as much money out of a movie as possible.

Producers have begun to ignore the 45-day guideline since OTT rights have become an important source of revenue.

Then, when the money enticed them, the same producers lowered the timeframe to four weeks. They were unconcerned about the consequences of their actions on the theatre industry.

Tollywood is on the verge of killing the golden goose.

The theatre industry is at an all-time low right now. Even major movies don't make it through the first week in cinemas.

The theatre industry has suffered greatly as a result of high ticket costs and early OTT releases.

The industry has finally woken up. The creators of "Pakka Commercial" have agreed to exhibit the film for extremely reasonable costs and have declared that it would not be streamed until five weeks after its theatrical premiere. Other producers will be required to follow suit.
