During Sajjala's meeting, the power goes out four times.

On Saturday, the YSRCP government's second most influential man had an uncomfortable moment when the electricity went out repeatedly during one of his programmes. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, an adviser to the AP government, has long asserted that the power disruptions were a fabrication of the opposition's mind.

Sajjala was present at the inauguration of the NGOs cooperative housing construction society's building on Saturday. The power went out just as he started speaking. There were four instances throughout his address when the power went out. The frequent power outages made Sajjana irritable.

He recovered his calm and attempted to distract himself by telling a joke. He joked that the NGO and the electricity personnel may be at odds. Later, he blamed the loss of electricity on the power authorities. He attempted to lighten the mood by claiming that NGOs were really 'powerful.' He stated that they have the ability to give or take away power.

It may be remembered that there was a power outage during Jana Sena head Pawan Kalyan's news conference. Pawan took advantage of the opportunity to say that the power outages demonstrated the state's dire electricity status. The Opposition, Sajjala responded, had organised the power outage to paint the administration in a negative way. However, his own meeting has now been cancelled due to a power outage.
